The Francesca Guesthouse Mlini is a wonderful find for those on a smaller budget. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the staff go out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. The location is ideal, just a short walk to the beautiful beach and close to the bus station for easy access to Dubrovnik. The rooms also feature lovely balconies, perfect for enjoying the stunning views.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable.

Gorgeous greenery, made me feel like I was living in a jungle. Laundry service, so my clothes could feel pampered too. And free parking, because who doesn't love a challenge finding a spot?

Francesca Guesthouse in a tranquil location with breathtaking mountain views. the hospitable staff made us feel at home, and the clean room with a good aircon made our summer stay comfortable. We enjoyed a 10-15 minute walk to the beach, and there were plenty of restaurants and shops within a 10-minute radius. the bus to Dubrovnik stopped right outside, making it convenient to explore the city or we could opt for a 100-150hrk Uber ride. the ferry from the nearby pier offered a beautiful alternative. we highly recommend Francesca Guesthouse for its small-town atmosphere, friendly locals, and stunning views. This hotel offers excellent value for money, with prices that are much more affordable than other locations in the area. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the balcony provides a wonderful view. Additionally, the hotel's location is very convenient, being close to the beach and within walking distance of a shopping mall.

The surroundings of the property did not match the advertised picture. It was surrounded by building sites, resulting in constant construction noise throughout the day, making it difficult to relax or stay in during daytime hours.
